Refund policy

At Cartiv, we value your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


✅ Standard Return Policy

  • You may return most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition, along with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Domestic Orders (within United States): Returns are free of charge.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products
  • Customized or engraved items
  • Clearance or final sale items


🔁 Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, style, or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


📦 How to Start a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at support@cartiv.shop with your order number.
  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Package the item securely and send it back as instructed.


❌ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


📍 Notes

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method only.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  • Return policies may differ for specific promotions or special products, and such exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
